Painting projects go smoothly when everyone knows what's included before the first drop cloth is laid. Here's how we run every project.

Share your project.
Tell us which rooms or exterior areas you're thinking about, your timing, and anything we should know — through the estimate form, a call, or email.

We review surfaces and preferences.
We look at the surfaces involved, note preparation needs, and talk through color and finish preferences before anything is priced.

You receive a written estimate.
Your estimate states the agreed scope in plain language: the areas included, the preparation included, products and sheens, and what is not included.

You approve and we schedule.
Once you approve the estimate, we arrange scheduling together — including access, timing, and any building or association requirements.

We complete the work and walk through it.
Painting is completed as agreed, the space is cleaned up, and we do a final walkthrough with you before we consider the project done.
Products, preparation, repairs, access, scheduling, and pricing are all agreed in the written proposal before work begins — so approval means approval, not fine print.
